LOSAP
(Length of Service Awards Program)
A qualified year of volunteer emergency service in the Scotch Plains Rescue Squad shall be credited under a LOSAP program for each calendar year after establishment of the program in which an active volunteer accumulates at least 100 points. Volunteers must have a minimum of 12 duty crews/calls per quarter. Points are granted in the following manner:

| Calls | 1 point per call | |
| Duty Crew | 1 point per duty crew - min 4 hours | |
| Drills, standby,etc. | 1 point each drill, standby, etc | 12 |
